Poplar Plywood

Poplar plywood is produced by cross-laminating veneers peeled from poplar trees and pressing them into sheets under high temperature and pressure. With its mechanical properties, poplar plywood offers excellent nail and screw holding capacity; it is widely used due to its high strength, resistance to warping and swelling, ease of machining, and decorative appeal.

Being quite lightweight, poplar plywood is used in the manufacture of doors and furniture, in the packaging industry, and in the construction of vehicles such as caravans.

While poplar plywood is typically produced using standard adhesive, it can also be manufactured with water-resistant adhesive upon request.
